Welcome
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) who works with teens, adults, and older adults on a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood instability, psychosis related concerns, and personality disorders.
My background working in inpatient settings with complex mental health concerns has taught me how to stay calm and clear when emotions run high. In our sessions, we focus on understanding what’s driving the patterns you feel stuck in emotionally, relationally, and in day-to-day life, and we build concrete skills that make things feel more manageable. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which builds skills for managing emotions, tolerating distress, and improving relationships.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and sometimes a little awkward at first. You don’t need perfect words or a neatly packaged story.
